Shipping Costs
Cards, Lesson Plans, CDs, and DVDs have a $1-4 shipping charge
indicated next to each
item's price.
Poster shipping charges are displayed by Paypal only
after you enter your address in the checkout page and are based on
your location and the total value of your purchase.
For your convenience,
poster shipping costs are roughly:

$6.95 for a $0.00-24.99 purchase,
$7.95 for a $25.00-49.99 purchase,
$8.95 for a $50.00-74.99 purchase,
$9.95 for a $75.00-99.99 purchase,
$10.95 for a $100.00-124.99 purchase,
$11.95 for a $125.00-149.99 purchase,
$12.95 for a $150.00-174.99 purchase,
$13.95 for a $175.00-199.99 purchase,
$14.95 for a $200.00-224.99 purchase, and so on.
Canada pays 70% extra and all other Foreign Countries pay double the
above costs.
Sales Tax: New York residents must pay sales tax.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours (on business days).
US orders are sent via Priority Mail and should take two to three
business days to arrive, depending on your location (we ship from
New York).
International deliveries are sent via US Airmail.
Cards, CDs, and lesson plans are sent via First Class Mail.
Exchanges
and Returns
Though our posters are rarely returned, we have yet to receive any
in salable condition, that is without any thumb creases, bends,
smudges or so on. Customers unfamiliar with handling paper products
tend to make these mistakes, and the shipping back and forth can
take it's toll too. Naturally, these posters must be thrown out.
Therefore, returned and exchanged posters will incur a 15%
restocking fee. Other products not returned in perfect condition
will also incur the restocking fee. Credit will not be issued on CDs
with opened packaging.
Also, credit will not be issued for the shipping charges.
Additionally, any returned items that were sent with free shipping
will be assessed a shipping charge to cover our expenses. The
purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in
returning any products. For your protection, please insure all
returned goods, since we cannot give credit for lost shipments.
No items may be returned after 30 days of the order date.
